I didnt buy anything but took my mother in law here to look at a car she was interested in. Chris the salesman couldn't have been more helpful. Cars are all clean and well presented and a good range of well priced vehicles for sale inside the show room. Mainly Vans and commercials on the forecourt. I would recommend if you see anything you are interested in.
Unlike a main dealer I visited today (Evans Halshaw Hyundai Newcastle) I was greeted immediately on arrival, the vehicle I had asked to see was available immediately, the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, businesslike and efficient. The test drive was offered as if it might be a reasonable thing to request, the negotiations were smooth and the outcome satisfactory.Main dealers should take note of how smaller operations function!Well done Redburn!
