visited this store before Xmas and in the drinks isle witnessed 3 teenage boys from Blyth academy openly shoplifting. one had a rucksack on and the other two were filling it with sweets and pop. I followed them to the exit and they just casually walked out. well done lads....now I don't condone this type of action but if this store does not have any alert or bothered staff or security, they deserve it. well done to Asda also.
Click and collect is a joke. You park quarter of a mile away from where they bring the food out. They walk at 1 mile an hour as there is obviously no urgencyComplete shambles
Good Asda always come here always stocked up with products,, staff are polite and friendly
Pharmacy is terrible, I think they sleep in the back as the waiting time is ridiculous. Staff are more interested in talking to their friends and each other than helping customers. I blame the management as I don't see this in other Asda shop's.
Attempted to get into this store today. Joined a queue from the main road trying to get to the store thanks to the lemmings wanting to turn into its petrol station to save two pence a litre. The usual farce of people happy to wait with ticking over engines just to get to a discount petrol station. Turned around and went to the accessible Asda on the Cowpen Road. Your loss, at the bigger store today, thank you!
