Used the practice car park on my first visit not knowing it was only for staff, fortunately a snotty nose lady told me of the mistake. Dont use the car park, for crist sake
Far too busy, no personal face to face appointments as my experience is that the doctors just ring you. I am an insomnia sufferer and find it extremely difficult to wake and ring doctors at 8am, and if you don't ring then you don't get a telephone appointment. My diabetes is dealt with by north Tyneside, but because the systems they run are different my diabetic care is rebukakry missed from my records. My blood disorder is dealt with by Blyth treatment unit, my depression I just get told to self refer. So essentially all the doctors do is sign my prescription. I feel like they don't have time for me, that I'm a bother to them, that I'm a second class citizen. I wouldn't recommend them at all
After having a telephone consultation with doctor I was informed to go to blyth community hospital with symptoms of a UTI. Much to my horror I was having my symptoms, prognosis and findings of my urine sample being discussed with the receptionist over the counter for everyone in waiting area to hear. No dignity or privacy whatsoever. Very disappointed

Absolutely disgusting place. Never have any appointments. Rang for three days in a row, got told the same over and over to ring every morning at 8am. Fourth time I rang up the woman at reception asked me 'Is it important?'. Ended up giving a sample and am still waiting to here my results 4 months on! I ended up going to a local pharmacy later that week and luckily a member of my family was working that day and she helped me out in under 5 minutes!! If she hadn't of helped me get the correct item, my trip to see family in Manchester would of been a miss!!
