A very dear older lady in my life is a regular visitor and a trip planned ahead is usually a highlight of their week. This routine has been ruined by completely inappropriate, discriminating and false accusations which when proven to be false, were not followed up with any form of apology today. Due to the very public scene caused by the staff, this resulted in very understandable humiliation and tears of what should of been a valued customer - who is now embarrassed to even return. No one in customer service should have to be told when they have to apologise and clearly when this is the case, it is not sincere at all. Although the cafe itself is lovely, this is FAR from acceptable and ruined by the attitude and judgement of the staff.
A bit chilly but lovely cake
I am a regular visitor to Frameworks and find the staff always very welcoming an very attentive in their service. Coffee and scones or meals excellent.
Food & surroundings nice enough but staff very disorganised & service very lacklustre. I certainly don't expect an order to be brought to the table in installments! Coffee was freezing by the time sandwiches & cake arrived.
What a lovely atmosphere. The piano playing while drinking coffee and eating cake was very relaxing. Will definitely return.
