Avoid totally things that should just take weeks to complete takes months very unprofessional never gets back to you makes mistakes and things have to be done again and no cheaper than a proper solicitor
Dealing with my mother in laws will, they have messed the family around and caused more distress than needed. They never ring back and make promises to send letters, then just don't bother. So very unprofessional!
Very unprofessional and disgusting customer service do not use. Incorrect advice given and never return emails or telephone calls.

Been a loyal client of Lawson & Thompson in bedlington for nearly 10 yrs but because my solicitor there couldn't deal with my matter they refered me to the blyth branch. I will never recommend them to anyone. I rang about an accident I'd had at work they wouldn't let me book an actual appointment to see the solicitor had to have a phone call...i missed my call as i left my phone at home while i took my mam to the doctors i rang back within an hr & was told hed ring me back..i rang 3 times in 8 weeks & got no call back i rang again & the reception told me he'd ring as soon as he got in i waited 7 hrs for a call & he rang back at 5.10 which i couldn't take the call as i was at work. They have lost my custom at that branch & am now pursuing my claim with a different solicitors as they did ring me straight back as promised! !
