Very helpful staff, not a bad range of books,can order titles. Good reference side,and old scale models from the ship building trade. A good maritime centre. Great access for computing. Nice building,

A shadow of its former self this whole building used to be crammed with books now there is one half of upstairs devoted to books ( actually 6 or 7 shelving units ) cos most of the floor space is taken up with big , usually empty , tables ..... sign of the times & a great shame
