Dreadful customer service, explained that I wanted things set up for my daughters Christening party by 9am as we had to leave for church for 9.30 - no sign no answer when trying to repeatedly ring turned up at some point whilst we were in church only to leave a bouncy castle that was not like the one Advertised on the website that I ordered which is false advertising!! And no giant connect four!! The bouncy castle was also poor the kids struggled to even jump around on it. Never use this company again.
After being let down by another company bouncyvibe were extremely accommodating and were able to step in and help at such short notice.Polite, professional staff,cant praise enough! I would certainly recommend this company to anyone and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
Not turning up to a pre arranged party is bad enough but the way this company have dealt with this farce,or not as the case may be tells another story. To make a mistake is human to try and hide that mistake by banning the customer from your Facebook page beggars belief. The way you have left this couple in the lurch will do your company more harm than good so why not step up to the mark and put right your wrong.
Horrendous experience, the worst communication ever, deposit paid & these amateurs did not show up for a childrens' party - no forewarning nothing. Customer service is dire, no calls returned at all, no apology, no recompense! An absolute disgrace!
Do not use this company. No show yesterday at my Childrens' joint Birthday Party, they didn't even return any of my calls. See the last text we sent them. After 30+ unanswered calls! I am absolutely disgusted!! How can you let a little boy and girl down on the day of their Birthday party???? Do you have children of your own?? Can you imagine how they would feel?? I booked with you thinking that you were a professional, reputable company?! And you don't even have the decency to answer the phone or return my calls??? I have paid 100 deposit and expect that to be returned in addition to some form of compensation!! Myself and my Husband had 40 children to entertain on the spot today with no music etc! Needless to say we didn't get to spend anytime with our children on their special day!!! They were gutted. I expect some form of communication ASAP!!!!!
