I use jollies every time I need cat food, lots of choice, helpful staff, decent prices and often have discounts.
Not this stores but company as a whole ordered next day delivery at 08:03 am on the 08/01/2019 no delivery next day, took day off work waited in all day. Had to ring today was advised their had been a delay in the order. Asked why I wasn't informed they got mark to ring me to tell me that they don't advise of delays unless it's going to be more than 3 days, Absolutely shocking as people have to take time off work to get these deliverys, so could add up to people taking 3 days off for no reason with out any sort of correspondence. I can understand if the courier Dpd mucked up and they didn't inform us cause that's dpd's fault but they advised they knew there was a shortage of the product I wanted and that's what caused the delay, which they could have informed me about then I may have just changed the product but nope no such chance. So cancelled order completely and will not use again ever. They get beat on price as well for just about everything when I've had a look around. So in away thanks I've saved money by not shopping with them. I didn't even get an apology on the phone at all, even though mark said he knew where I was coming from. Shoddy customer service Do Not Use
Expensive compared to Amazon on certain stuff but at least you can see what your buying.. but much cheaper than pets at home
Love jollyes, everything you could ever want for your pet all under one roof. Friendly staff always there to help and the shop is wheelchair friendly.
I've always been fine with jollyes up until my most recent visit. Hamsters with no wheels, and quite frankly those with wheels needed larger ones! Even if the display habitats are only temporary, they should be up to the standards of what the hamsters would need in a permanent habitat in order to show potential pet owners what they need. Its not all bad news though, the store is clean and reasonably priced, im also glad to see that no wire wheels were in use with the small pets.
