The person I spoke to actually lied on the phone about the presence of the post master, and continued to deny it despite the fact I heard the pm reply to her question (my question) Outrageous behaviour.
Dreadfully slow service. What is the point of having 2 queues (business and general public) when only ONE counter is serving? One woman walked straight to the front of the business queue and was served immediately. The long public queue was NOT happy.Will not be wasting my time here next time (I waited for 30 mins to be served).
The rudest staff I have ever come across in my life... their attitude was terrible !!!!!!
It is a post office. They do post office things.Once they accepted a package from me that was too large for parcel force. When they realised their mistake, they rang me up to explain. They were very good about it.You'd have to be a very difficult person to not get on with the staff here.
A excellent convenience store that has everything you expect (Albeit slightly higher prices than the supermarket though that's standard!) and a very handy Post Office and helpful staff who are very polite.
