Two hours to deliver from 6.45pm. staff did apologize and gave discount. Really delicious pizzas such a shame they let them selves down with service. Would I use again...yes for collection...but 2 hours delivery takes the Mick.
Disgusting service!! Placed an order for collection, collected within the time given drive home 3 mins away when we arrived home 1 part of order was missing and the rest was freezing cold, when I rang to complain they blamed it being cold outside and a long drive home??? Offered to deliver missing items and replace cold food..... waited 1 hour 40 mins for replacement and 4 phone calls later (2 hours from original order) I had to drive back to the shop give them the food back and ask for a full refund, would rather starve than go back here again. Customer service is also terrible
